Do you
Provide a 24 Hour Service
Absolutely, motors and drives don't
just fail between 9 and 5. EDMR provides a 24 hour emergency
number +44 (0)1604 499777 should you need to organise a repair or purchase a
stock motor at any time of day. Please note are normal office hours are 8.00am
to 5.00pm GMT.

How do I
send a repair to EDMR?
Firstly make sure the product is correctly packaged in a suitable box. Then
follow these instructions.
If you are in the UK we can arrange both delivery and collection for you via
our courier partner.

How do I pay
for repairs / services?
If you are a new customer we
normally expect to build a trading history before we offer credit facilities.
When a repair / service is completed a Proforma invoice is sent, on receipt of
payment goods will be shipped. Alternatively it is possible to pay by credit
card via by contacting us on +44 (0)1604 499777.

What warranty is applied
to repaired motors
All motor repairs carry 12 months parts and labor
warranty.

How do EDMR deliver items
back to customers?
In most instances EDMR ship the repaired items
back to the customer on a next-day delivery service via our courier partner.
If the item is required more urgently, this service can be improved but must be
requested. EDMR have direct tracking
facilities with its couriers for both domestic and international shipments.

Can EDMR provide
certificates of Conformity?
As an ISO register company EDMR can produce C of
C's. These are not forwarded unless requested by the customer.
