• Free collection applies to all parcels in the UK, excluding Northern Ireland.
   
• Free collection applies to any motor or drive up to 75kg in weight.
   
• All motors and drives must be packaged in a suitable sealed box and clearly labelled.
   
• We endeavour to collect the day following receipt of the request
  (Monday to Friday).
   
• We must receive this form before 16:00 GMT. for next day collection.
   
• The item collected will be delivered to our repair centre the day after collection has been made.
