How to send a repair to EDMR

Step 1 - Send in your equipment with brief details of the fault to:-

(To Save you time and speed up the repair we have a form that you can print & complete to send with your repair)

Step 2 - On receipt of your goods we will investigate the problem and provide you with a quotation for the repair. 
(Please note we do charge a small analyisation fee depending on the equipment). 

Step 3 - If you want us to proceed with the repair all you have to do is sign the quotation and return to us with a relevant purchase order (credit account customers only)

If you are a new customer we will automatically generate a Proforma invoice on receipt of you authorisation. On receipt of your payment we will complete the repair.

Step 4 - Your repair is returned, repair completed and with the agreed warranty.
